PRAYER AND HEALING AT ST EDWARD'S
Open Church
The Church is open every week day for private prayer and to offer a peaceful atmosphere.
Praying in Company
Meets Wednesdays in Church at midday for a short
informal time of prayer which includes prayers for healing. The 2nd Wednesday each month is normally a Communion service. This is followed by coffee/ tea and bring your own sandwiches.
The Evening Prayer Group
Meets 2nd Thursday each month at 7.15pm - 8.30pm in
the meeting room for a time of informal prayer.
The Home Based Prayer Fellowship
The Home Based Prayer Fellowship involves members of the congregation praying regularly in their homes for the Church and the surrounding community. To be part of this please contact the Church Office (tel 709111)
Prayer and Healing
At St Edward's we believe that Prayer and healing groups are one of the best ways of keeping the church and individuals in tune with God's Spirit and teaching, and ensuring that the life and ministry of St Edaward's church is fully supported in prayer.
We are always open to new members , and open to the prompting of God's Spirit.
